Spotless hotel with PRACTICAL location in Bern right by the train station or downtown centre as well as the hospital. Early check-in and excellent customer service.

Pity, but the beds were not very comfortable.

Everything was amazing, the continental breakfast was totally worth it. The room was basic double and I loved plastic furniture. Cocktail bar was large. Thoughtful service was provided here too.

Ristorante Ottimo is walking distance to the hotel. The location was great and the staff was welcoming.
